These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Aloera. in operated by Aloera ( Property of GROVEMAN FARMS PRIVATE LIMITED ). By accessing the Website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Website or place orders.
  • Creating an account requires accurate information; you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraud, or abuse.

2. Products & Orders

  • Product descriptions: All images, descriptions, ingredients, and specifications are for informational purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color, texture, or packaging due to natural variations in Ayurvedic ingredients.
  • Availability: Products are subject to availability. We may cancel orders if items are out of stock, and we will notify you via email.
  • Order confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and verified. You can cancel prepaid orders before dispatch; COD orders require verification.
  • Pricing: Prices are in INR and exclude shipping/taxes unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

3. Payments & Transactions

  • Accepted methods: UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and COD (where available).
  • COD verification: For COD orders, a verification call may be made; failure to confirm may lead to cancellation.
  • Taxes & fees: GST and other applicable taxes are added at checkout. Shipping charges apply as per our Shipping Policy.
  • Fraud prevention: Suspicious orders may be canceled or held for manual review.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing and delivery timelines, charges, and restrictions are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the courier. We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses after handover to the courier partner.

5. Refunds

  • Refund eligibility, processes, and limitations are governed by our Refund Policy.
  • All refunds are subject to verification and our discretion.

6. Product Use & Liability

  • Ayurvedic products: These are natural formulations for external use. Results vary based on individual skin/hair type, lifestyle, and usage.
  • Warnings: Perform a patch test before full use. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Not for internal consumption unless specified. Consult a physician for medical conditions, pregnancy, or allergies.
  • No guarantees: We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., hair growth, acne reduction). Products are not medicines and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases.
  • Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the product price. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. User Content & Reviews

  • You may submit reviews, photos, or feedback. By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote it.
  • Content must not be unlawful, defamatory, or infringing. We may remove or edit content at our discretion.
  • Reviews reflect user opinions, not our endorsements.
