This Shipping Policy outlines processing times, delivery estimates, charges, and other details for orders placed on Aloera. in ( property of GROVEMAN FARMS PRIVATE LIMITED). All timelines are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Processing times

  • Prepaid Orders: Dispatched within 3 business days from order confirmation.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Dispatched within 5 business days (includes a quick verification call to confirm order details and prevent fraud).

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

Delivery timelines (India)

Delivery times start from the dispatch date and depend on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days.
  • Remote Villages & Rural Areas: 10–12 business days.

Note: Delays may occur due to courier partner issues, weather conditions, festivals, or address inaccuracies. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

International shipping

  • Processing Time: 3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: 10–15 business days (varies by destination country and customs clearance).

Important:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not liable for customs delays, seizures, or additional fees imposed by your country’s regulations.
  • Shipping available to select countries only; check availability at checkout.

Prepaid Orders:

Below ₹500: ₹60

₹501 – ₹998: ₹70

Above ₹999: Free shipping!

Cash on Delivery (COD):

Below ₹1,000: ₹70

Above ₹1,000: COD not available

COD is not available for orders above ₹1,000 due to fraud prevention.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled or returned.

Order tracking & support

  • Tracking links are sent via email and SMS once your order is handed over to the courier partner.
  • You can also track orders directly on our website using your Order ID.

Shipping restrictions

  • We ship Ayurveda hair care, skincare, body care, lip care, and wellness products via reputed courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC).
  • Orders to remote/P.O. Box addresses or areas with restricted courier access may incur additional charges or have longer delivery times.
  • Multiple shipments: Large orders may be split into multiple packages for faster delivery.

 

Failed delivery & reattempts

  • If delivery fails (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable, refused COD payment):
    • Courier will attempt 2 re-deliveries free of charge.
    • If still undelivered, the package returns to us, and a restocking fee may apply for re-shipment.
  • For COD orders, failed payment attempts may lead to order cancellation without a refund of shipping charges.

We may update shipping rates, timelines, or partners based on operational needs. The latest policy will always be displayed on this page.
